We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), grooming, child endangerment, or predatory behavior.

1. Zero-Tolerance for Child Exploitation & Abuse

কহুৱা strictly prohibits:

Any content depicting, promoting, soliciting, facilitating, or encouraging Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).

Any attempt to groom, contact, solicit, or exploit minors for sexual, abusive, or dangerous purposes.

Any non-consensual depiction of minors, cyberbullying, harassment, or endangerment directed at children.

Any account found uploading, sharing, or attempting to distribute CSAM/CSAE will be immediately and permanently banned, all related content will be permanently removed, and the violator will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities without prior warning.

2. Proactive Detection, Moderation & Enforcement

To prevent, detect, and remediate child safety violations, কহুৱা implements multi-layered protections:

Automated Content Filtering: All video uploads, livestreams, images, comments, and profile media are scanned using automated filtering systems to detect prohibited and suspicious content before or immediately upon distribution.

24/7 Human Moderation: Our content moderation team conducts continuous review of flagged media, reported live streams, and user interactions.

Immediate Escalation Protocol: Confirmed child safety violations trigger an instant freeze of the offending account, immediate purging of media, and evidence preservation for legal reporting.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanism for Users

কহুৱা provides accessible, real-time in-app reporting tools so that users can report child safety concerns promptly:

Reporting Videos & Shorts: Tap the 'Share' or 'More options' (three dots) icon on any video or reel and select 'Report', then choose 'Child Safety Concern / Harmful Content'.

Reporting Live Streams: Tap the 'Report' button on the live stream screen for immediate moderator intervention.

Reporting Profiles & Direct Chats: Tap the user's profile menu, select 'Report Account', and submit details.

Direct Email Reporting: Users, parents, and guardians can report urgent child safety concerns directly to our dedicated trust and safety team at [email protected].

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement & NCMEC

কহুৱা fully complies with all applicable regional, national, and international child protection laws. In accordance with legal obligations:

We immediately report any identified CSAM or CSAE incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline and to relevant local law enforcement agencies.

We cooperate transparently with authorized government and cybercrime authorities investigating child exploitation crimes.
